LOUISIANA DOWN BALLOT SERIES

With the primary focus of the November 2012 elections being on the presidential campaigns, I thought it would be of value to examine other important decisions that Louisianians will have to vote on down ballot.  These decision include United States Congressional races, state and local races, and several ballot measures.  Thus, I will be featuring a series of articles and commentary entitled LOUISIANA DOWN BALLOT that will highlight down ballot races and measures.
