Chantell M. Boutté is a Louisiana native. She graduated from New Iberia Senior High. Thereafter, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She then migrated to Lansing, Michigan, where she received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Boutté then returned to Louisiana and served as law clerk to the Honorable Lori A. Landry, 16th Judicial District Court.
